The common way to eat dried Morchella is as follows:
Ingredients: 8 Morchella, 5g of pork paste, 13g of shrimp, 1 spoon of cooking wine, a little salt, a little starch, half a spoon of chicken powder, 1 spoon of sesame oil, a little white pepper and a little chopped green onion.
Steps:
1. Soak the dried Morchella in advance and put it in water to clean it thoroughly.
2. Shrimp is pressed into mud with the back of a knife.
