Ingredients: 1 pork tripe, several red dates and three slices of ginger.
1. Boil pork belly in a pot for 2 minutes, then take it out, wash it and shred it (or stew it before cutting it).
2. Prepare a proper amount of red dates, and then wash them for later use.
3. Heat the oil in a hot pot, stir-fry the pork belly and ginger in the pot, stir-fry the fragrance and remove it.
4. After taking it out, add cold water, pork tripe and red dates to the pressure cooker and boil it (pressure cooker stew is perishable).
