Maodou New Car was founded in September 2017 , is a one-stop automotive new retail service platform driven by online data, technology, and fused with the depth of service of the offline Maodou New Car store.

Maodou New Car has established close cooperation with dozens of automobile brand owners, covering hundreds of mainstream models; and has set up offline central warehouses in Changchun, Shijiazhuang, Chengdu, Dongguan, Nanjing and other cities.

On October 31, Guazi Used Cars Direct announced that the company will be upgraded to Cheduo Group, which, as the parent company, wholly owns the two independent brands of Guazi Used Cars Direct and Maodou New Cars, and the group will implement the dual-brand operation of Guazi Used Cars and Maodou New Cars.
