Home made egg sauce:
Tools/ingredients: eggs, sweet noodle sauce, bean paste, garlic clover, shiitake mushrooms, scallions, oil, salt, bowl, pan,
1, garlic clover diced in a plate, shiitake mushrooms diced in a plate.
2, a little green onion, a little minced ginger.
3, add 3 tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce, 1 tablespoon of bean paste and mix well.
4: Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the sauce bowl.
5: Add some water and mix well.
6: Crack the egg into the bowl.
7, start a pan of hot oil into the eggs, frying cooked out of the pan.
8: Heat oil in a wok, don't overheat the oil, add green onion and ginger and stir fry for 5-6 seconds, then add garlic and mushroom and stir fry for 1 minute.
