Almost everyone who travels to Quancheng cannot forget to taste the famous Quancheng Big bag. It has fine selection of materials, exquisite workmanship, rich and distinctive ingredients, mellow taste and many varieties of colors. Quancheng Dabao has won the "Chinese Famous Snacks" award since 1997. It is fast and convenient without losing the national cultural characteristics. It has been widely praised and famous at home and abroad. The old address is No. 2 Nanmen Street, 6921911-3300. No longer for sale. But it seems plans are in the works to reopen. The address remains unchanged. Let’s all pay attention together.

2. Straw Buns

15 Pooley Street, 6921454. Take bus No. 1 and get off at Pooley Street and walk about 10 meters. Jinan's famous food was first created in the 1930s. It is named after the founder Mr. Zhang Wenhan's honest and honest nickname "Grandpa". The skin is thin and juicy, and more than ten flavors have been developed so far, including pork soup dumplings. Business is surprisingly good. It is economical and affordable at only 6 yuan per cage. It is recommended that you go to the lobby wall there to see the origin of the name, and also that they cook authentic Shandong cuisine. Love the Longjing Bao there. Elbow meat mixed with cucumber is delicious. The egg drop soup is particularly delicious. Peanut paste is also delicious. If you can't eat it, pack it with lotus leaves and take it away. That big lotus leaf is particularly fragrant. This is a time-honored brand in Jinan. It is not only a kind of food, but also a kind of culture.

3. Mengjia Peeling Shoes

***Go straight north from the intersection of Qingtuan Road and Caobaozi Pavilion, and you will arrive at about two or three hundred meters away. The specific location is No. 28 Chaoyang Street (a four-story white building). Time-honored brand. It's a small business but its business is booming. In addition to its old signature grilled hoof and ribs, the minced meat is also good. Open from 10-12 am, 16-18 pm. I ran out of purchases when I got there late.

4. Mingshiduo Roasted Whole Lamb

No. 26, Jingsanweijiu Road, Jinan, 7931027. "One of the top ten famous foods in Quancheng", it became famous at the end of the Qing Dynasty. We select 1-year-old green goat from Liangshan and bake it with the secret recipe handed down from our ancestors, maintaining the original flavor and excellent color, aroma and flavor.

5. Huangjia Barbeque

Jinan’s famous food. I'm afraid many people have never eaten it. Huang's Barbeque Workshop is located in Xiaoliangzhuang west of Erqi. There are currently four places in Jinan selling it. One is in the south market from the west end of Erqi New Village on Jianshe Road. There is another one on Minzu Street. There is also one on Xiema Road between Jingliu Road and Jingqi Road. Then there is the green pavilion in the Zhejie Street vegetable market on Jingba Road, facing the three-way intersection of the market. Huang's barbecue originated in Zhangqiu. It uses pork as the main ingredient, secret ingredients, smoked and roasted with fruit branches, and has a slightly salty taste. There are two types of Huangjia barbecue, lean meat and pork belly (with pork skin). Not to mention the lean meat, the pork belly is fat but not greasy, and the pork skin is crispy and delicious. It is definitely the best in barbecue.

Current market price: 12 yuan/jin.

6. Tiantian Fried Chicken

East of Tianqiao Hospital, 5959187. "One of the top ten famous foods" in Quancheng. Exquisite craftsmanship and unique flavor. It has been praised by people inside and outside the province and recognized by many international students.

8. Hualinju "Roasted Mushroom Chicken"

No. 136, Jiluo Road, 5915514.

9. Liangliang Ramen

"One of the top ten famous foods" in Quancheng. Participated in chef festivals many times and received good reviews.

With authentic ingredients and strong ramen, Liangliang can now be regarded as a new generation of time-honored brand in Jinan. The store is small but often crowded. The small ramen noodles have long held back the footsteps of old Jinan people. I want a plate of elbow meat, a bowl of noodles worth 3.5 yuan, some coriander and some vinegar. It clears and moistens the throat, and is more effective than any medicine you take. Once your mood is right, you'll feel better. The head office is on West Commercial Street, Jingsiwei 12th Road. Yidian Yidianshan famous snack city. No. 38, Jiwei Road, Erdian. There is a restaurant at the north gate of Shandong University's new campus and turn west at the intersection with Shandong University Road. I feel that the one on Jiwei Road is more delicious than the one in Hero Mountain, and it’s also cheaper.

10. Youxuan

Jinan’s famous food. Today, when it comes to Jinan’s famous food, everyone only knows roasted sweet potatoes. In fact, it’s not that Jinan doesn’t have good traditional things, it’s that they have gradually been lost, which is a pity. If I have time and money, I really want to shoot a special feature.

Jinan's time-honored brand is located behind the east gate. The Evening News once reported that it has been passed down from son to daughter for several generations. The fried spinach made by Su Jianglin is an authentic Jinan famous food. The newspaper said that the only authentic one left is Jufengde. I bought it at the Jufengde* road window. It was cold and hard. There used to be a shop selling it on Furong Street, right next to the Tengzhou Mutton Restaurant. The aroma of green onions was everywhere. I really miss it. Now it is said that there is still one in the alley behind the old east gate. It costs 3 yuan and is sold while roasting. It is sold in limited quantities and will never sell more. Go check it out when you have time.

11. BBQ

(1) The carton factory barbecue is located 50 meters north of the intersection of Minziqian Road and Sanda South Road, in the carton factory courtyard east of the road. Since the city government requires vendors to "retreat into the hall", this shop cleverly used the open space in the courtyard of the roadside carton factory. Neither entered the "hall" nor exited the "road". So actually it has no name. This Chuan'er is very famous in the neighborhood. At night, the crowds are even more crowded than those on Weijiu Road back then. As soon as it's past 8 o'clock every night, you probably won't be able to eat what you like. The reason is simple: it's sold out. Features: As long as it’s from sheep, there’s nothing that won’t be roasted. And as long as it's baked by him, there's nothing that doesn't taste good. Disadvantages: The sanitary conditions are very average, and the toilet can only be used by men... (a tree is surrounded by plastic sheeting, and in the middle is a self-dug sewer)

(2) Jingqiwei 2nd Road Ahli Bar Bar BBQ. The facade is not big, but it is very spacious inside. As soon as you enter the door on the first floor, you will find the open ordering area and the charcoal grill room. It's baked to order, and anything uncooked will never be brought to your table.

(3) Yijiu BBQ in Yujing Garden is more delicious than the mutton skewers in Hui Min Community. In Nanxinzhuang. Take bus 102 and get off at Nanxinzhuang, then get off and walk a little west. There is a small alley in the south of the road. A big billboard said Jade View Garden. It's the first one you enter the alley. It says Yijiu BBQ. Although it is not an authentic Yijiu, it is indeed delicious, the meat is very fresh, and there is plenty of it. The meat is grilled well, the skewers are large and the meat is very tender. The best thing is his sesame seed cakes, which are fragrant, crispy and full of flavor. I think it's better than Xinxin's and Leilei's.

(4) Nang Bar, near the south gate of Shandong University New Campus. Get off at Minziqian Road Station on Route 70, then go west for 20 meters to the south. The log structure is sandwiched, and the style is mainly free, romantic, music, and rock. Must-order items for barbecue here include chicken wings, tongue fish, squid slabs, hot peppers, mushrooms and steamed bun slices.

(5) Good Mongkok on Yuhan Road. The environment is very nice. Ancient totem wall decorations, tables and chairs covered with light grid tablecloths, the lighting becomes very soft with the frosted treatment, and there is also a towering tree in the store. The exquisite small bamboo baskets contain mutton skewers, fish skewers, golden cicadas, prawns, eggplant slices, and potato slices. They exude an alluring fragrance and are a pleasure even if you don't eat them. If you want to eat romantically, go to Mong Kok.

(6) Liangtian Qinglong Store. The signboard of Liangtian BBQ looks very friendly, and there are two restaurants across the street from each other on Yuhan Road.

More than 200 square meters, more than 60 dining places, and several bamboo fences scattered in an orderly manner, a bit like picking chrysanthemums under the eastern fence.

Here you can enjoy not only mutton skewers, beef tendons, spring fish and other barbecues, but also Blue Mountain coffee, salted fish chicken fried rice and tuna sandwiches. It’s interesting to combine traditional barbecue with Western food, which is quite tempting for those who like fresh food.

(7) Xinjiang Restaurant

Authentic Xinjiang-style restaurant. Let's leave it here for now. The first street behind RT-Mart in Honglou. The east entrance of this street is facing Honglou Church. It seems to be called Honglou Commercial Street. This restaurant is about 400 meters west of the church. It is a small place with 6 tables downstairs and two rooms upstairs for private seating. The owner is from Xinjiang. In the halal shop, the chefs were brought from Xinjiang, one is Hui and the other is Uyghur. Special dishes - large plate of chicken, large plate of mutton, large plate of naren, crispy chicken, large plate of belly, stir-fried barbecue, four plant treasures, sesame beef jerky, braised carp... Noodles are mainly fried noodles, oily meat noodles, and sliced ??soup. Rice etc. The home-cooked dishes are also very good, such as spicy chicken nuggets, which are different from the usual Jinan recipes. The chicken is very tender and really delicious. The cumin used in the mutton skewers is specially sent from Xinjiang and has a pure taste. There are also roasted lamb liver, roasted lamb intestines, roasted lamb heart, etc. that cannot be eaten elsewhere. All in all, it tastes very good, and it's clean. It's delicious and not expensive. It costs about 40 yuan for 2 people, and it won't exceed 100 yuan for 4 people.

(8) Xinjiang Turpan Vineyard Restaurant, walking forward from the Coal General Hospital, 300 meters east of the Forest Park.

Order a bowl of mutton soup, eat Xinjiang's unique "nang", and order some large barbecue for 1 yuan a skewer, it will definitely be very satisfying. There are probably 7, 76, k96, k91, and k107 buses.

(9) There is a small shop 200 meters east of the Golden Horse Hotel in eastern Jinan called Cao Chun Tang. Smokeless BBQ, clean. The meat skewers are fresh and taste good, and the way to eat them is unique.

(10) Violet BBQ on the edge of Twenty-seven. I like to eat its toasted steamed bun slices, sprinkled with sesame salt, very fragrant.

(11) There is a place near the Third Municipal Hospital in Wangsheren, where the string is very large. This is the only place in Jinan that sells shank meat for 18 yuan per pound, which is delicious.

(12) Xinpeng Sheepherd. At the Acrobatic Troupe on Wenhua East Road. The BBQ is good. The mutton soup is also delicious.

Others such as Zhenwei on Wendong Road; Heping BBQ on Dianliu Dongdong; Zhu Laosan BBQ on Minziqian Road; Sanjiu Kebab; Hui Community, etc., I won’t mention them one by one. In addition, there is a barbecue restaurant in the Hui community that serves good roasted fat beef. I forgot the name. It is probably next to Leilei.

12. Mutton soup, mutton

(1) Laiwu Mutton Soup ***In the Rainbow Building on Qingtuan Road. It can be called a super luxurious mutton soup, but it is more expensive. However, this shop is very honest. The mutton soup is served in a big basin. It is steaming hot and has an attractive aroma. It is fragrant but not greasy or smelly. People sitting around the table hurriedly poured hot soup into their own bowls. But after sharing, the soup was gone, leaving only half a bowl of mutton. The sesame cakes are also good, very authentic Shandong recipe.

(2) Southwest Shandong Flavor Building is located on Qianfoshan East Road, between the Provincial Museum and Jingshi Road. Although it is difficult to reach via Shilu Road, it is still crowded. The mutton soup is very authentic, and the mutton and soup are all shipped from Shan County. The best thing is the lamb soup. Cumin heart tube is also very good. The roasted lamb leg tastes average. Crucian carp is pretty good, you can get one. And the freshly baked sesame seed cakes are so delicious. You might as well try it. But it’s best to book in advance. Bon appetit.

(3) Tengzhou Mutton Soup Restaurant is located in the Hui Community. There were so many people and it was so delicious. There are many Tengzhou mutton soup restaurants now. I don’t know which one is authentic. This one is the Tengzhou Government Office in Jinan.

(4) A mutton soup restaurant opposite Jingjing Seafood City on Chunshuitun Road, Sanyi. There are three types of chili peppers, and the pancakes are the kind with dead noodles that cannot be soaked.

(5) The small papa house opposite Huizhong is a small Hui shop that mainly sells mutton. Hot pot in winter is all hand-cut mutton slices, pure fresh meat. Stir-fried mutton with garlic (15 yuan), grilled mutton strips (20 yuan). Absolutely authentic. In addition, the meatball soup there is also very good. By the way, it’s not bad to have a sea, land and air opposite Tieyizhong. The price is cheap and the quantity is sufficient.

(6) Xingfulou Whole Sheep Restaurant, No. 43 Chaoshan Street (on the alley between Chaoshan Street and Luowen Road) Authentic Shandong cuisine, fresh, salty, mellow, and bright in color. The price is about 150 for four or five people. The disadvantage is that there is no restroom, only a simple one opposite the store.

(7) Yang Yong’s Braised Lamb: North of the intersection of Huayuan Road and Shanda Road, it is the north entrance of Shanda Road. The landmark buildings at the intersection include Zaishuifang Bathing Center and Jinquan Singing Room. This street goes all the way north, about 200 meters to the east of the road. It’s a famous place for braised mutton. Very delicious.

(8) At the intersection of Jingwu and Xiaowei 2, there is a diagonal road market to the southwest. There is a Hui family inside that specializes in making lamb soup and beef biscuits which are great. Lamb soup costs 3 yuan or 5 yuan a bowl, and beef biscuits cost 2 yuan or 5 each. I like the $5 haggis soup. The shaobing is also great. When ordering, just choose the lamb face and mixed lamb, they are delicious. Although it is a very inconspicuous door, it is crowded every day. Later you can only drink in the open air. It can be seen that the aroma of wine is not afraid of the depth of the alley.

(9) After passing Jinger Road and Weiyi Road, continue eastward. After passing Kangnan Hotel, you can see a whole sheep soup restaurant (with a red sign). The sheep's trotters are delicious and cost 5 yuan per pound; the lamb soup is also great, costing 3 yuan per bowl. You can add soup after you finish. The sesame seed cakes cost 50 cents each (one side is full of sesame seeds) and are very fragrant.

(10) Chenjia Sheep Soup Restaurant: North end of Honglou West Road (that is, the original wet market from the old school to the new school). A bowl of 5 yuan is delicious, and another 1 yuan for pancakes, one word: "cool!" In addition, the fast food on the first floor is also good, which suits the taste of a carnivore like me - basically all are braised in a braised style.

In addition, other places where you can drink pure mutton soup include Mutton Soup King opposite the Provincial Experimental Middle School; mutton soup in the middle of Sansheng Street; and Shanxian Mutton Soup more than 200 meters west of Zhanqian Street. ; Xinpeng Sheepherd at the acrobatic troupe on Wendong Road.

13. Chicken

(1) A household is waiting for chickens to be chopped: near the north gate of Shandong University on Wenhua West Road. The store can be described as "very small", and the number of people coming to eat can be described as "extremely large". The white-chopped chicken here is very tender and fragrant. Eat a few more shrimp buns, happiness. In addition, the crab meat buns next to Yi Hu Hou Bai Zhan Chicken are also very delicious. There are always dozens of people waiting for it. It is delicious.

(2) Spicy Whole Chicken: *** Qingtuan Road, 50 meters west of the No. 5 stop sign, at the entrance of a small alley north of the road, which seems to be called "Meimei Restaurant". There is a small storefront on the east side of the road (there are so many twists and turns inside), and there is a sign in front of the door that says "Spicy Chicken, Beer Catfish". Opposite is Chunjiang Restaurant (pot stickers are sold at the door, which are also delicious). People from Sanlian often go there to eat, and the restaurant is basically reserved. A pot of spicy chicken is about 20 yuan, which can be eaten by three or four people. Remember to take the chicken soup home after eating. The noodles are great. The beer catfish is also very special, but you will get tired of it if you eat too much. I also prefer fried mushrooms. It’s best to try the sea rice and winter melon soup.

(3) Full meal: Full meal fairy chicken is delicious. And its coral cabbage is also good. On Luoyuan Street near Huitong Building, there is a small shop with an inconspicuous appearance, delicious food and very cheap. There also seems to be a restaurant on Jiefang Road, but I don’t know its specific location. It is said that it is not as delicious as this one.

(4) Bachelor’s Chicken: There is a restaurant diagonally opposite the Luyi Theater on Lishan Road. The corridor is filled with black and white photos of Chairman Mao when he was young. There is a private room called "Village Chief's House" whose walls are covered with "Popular Films" published in the 1980s. In addition to bachelor's chicken, there are other specialties. Such as fried mint, frog legs, etc. One more thing: the waiters there are all men.

(5) Wangxiaoer Hutong Fried Chicken: the junction of Shanda Road and Wenhua East Road. It tastes good, is reasonably priced, and is plentiful. It's usually crowded. The mazaar in the store is too high, which makes it a bit uncomfortable when eating. It is recommended to bring your own small wooden stool, haha.

(6) Xiaodongtian: 300 meters behind Ginza and 50 meters west of Jinbi Hotel, on the north side of the road. There are only 8 tables in two rooms. The dishes are very unique, especially the tiger chicken. Born out of Bai Zhanji. Unique flavor.

(7) Yipinju: below the sports center. The roasted chicken is particularly delicious.

(8) Whole Chicken with Medicinal Diet: In a small alley diagonally opposite the main entrance of Weiyi Road Provincial Committee.

(9) Mengyin Single Chicken: at the intersection of Huayuan Road and Jiefang Bridge. It is also quite distinctive.

(10) Laohedao Crock: It falls into this category because its Dunji is very good. The three delicacies soup is also good, priced at 8 yuan a serving, and the portion is large. There are branches all over the street.

(11) 1+1 Spicy Whole Chicken: Next to Luohe Community in Qinghe Village. In addition to chicken and lobster balls, it is also famous.

(12) The bachelor’s chicken at Hero Mountain Snack City is also good, but it must be grass chicken or pheasant.

14. Bones

(1) The bones of Xiaojinzhuang: Many people have passed away. There are many luxury cars parked in the small village, and the journey is very long.

The beam bones there are really good, and the ox whip and ox tail are also its specialties. I still want to eat it now, but I never have the chance. It is recommended that you only order three or four dishes if you go, and the backbone is indispensable. Chopped cabbage, fried bean sprouts, and some beef are enough. Also, the beef whip and ox tail are great. Specific route - go through Shixi Road to the No. 1 railway overpass, take the north side road, enter the Jinan West Railway hub area (first is the Jinan West Depot), drive north along the road, then pass Jinan West Station, and then Turn right at a large downhill intersection and enter Xiaojinzhuang (a Muslim residential area).

(2) Bearded Bone Soup Restaurant: Head east from the old east gate, not to Lishan Road. Quite famous. To be specific, there is a market to the west of the Forestry Building and to the north of the road. One pot is enough, including the bones and soup. Definitely the most affordable soup.

(3) Ahong Sauce Bone: West exit of Heping Road. Get off buses 102, 96, and 49 at the Lishan intersection, and then go 50 meters east to the north. A great place to eat bones, with all kinds of bones with different flavors.

(4) Jinping: The main store is in Guodian, south of Jigang. Needless to say, the pork ribs there taste very authentic.

What’s more, it’s affordable. A big plate of tofu skin and fried bean sprouts is a spectacular sight. For such a large plate, one dish is usually enough. I have eaten at a branch, but I feel it is not as authentic as the one in the old store, maybe due to psychological factors.

(5) Changchun King Stew Bones Restaurant on Shanshan Road. It tastes good. It was packed with people when meal time came, and many people lined up waiting to eat his big bones.

15. Hot Pot

(1) Little Sheep: The first hot pot restaurant to offer hot pot without any sauce. But I usually ask for more ingredients, which makes it more appetizing. The mutton of Little Sheep is quite tender. It's just that after boiling a few plates of mutton, the taste will be much lighter.

(2) Little Swan: Very good, but don’t ask for too much food, because just drinking soup will fill your stomach. The ordinary pot base may cost 30 yuan, while the black-bone chicken pot base is 88 yuan. You can first serve black-bone chicken soup in a porcelain basin, drink the soup and eat the chicken. Then serve the hot pot with black chicken soup, and the rest is just like making an ordinary hot pot. There are about a dozen kinds of ingredients in the soup, and I can't even name them. The taste is really delicious and the soup is very delicious. It’s probably more than 200 yuan for four people. If two people eat, it will cost about 100 yuan. It's just that it's not easy to wait for a seat, so you have to book a room in advance.

(3) Jinshan Hot Pot City: located in the Chinese Snack City. Authentic Chongqing hotpot, the proprietress is from Chongqing. The ingredients at the bottom of the pot are exquisite, and the variety of dishes is rich, making people enjoy themselves. Diners who come to taste it every day queue up and wait, which is really spectacular. Although it is a hot pot restaurant, it is not just hot pot, this restaurant also serves authentic Sichuan cuisine. The most attractive thing is that the price is very cheap

(4) Wrong door: on Shanda North Road. It is a famous hotpot in Qingdao. There are a lot of people every day, the food is delicious and the price is quite reasonable.

(5) Rinse fat cattle with the wind: Minghu Road. The ingredients are very refreshing, and the beef is so tender that it melts in your mouth as soon as you put it in the pot. You won't feel tired after eating it several times. If you like to eat it raw, the beef sashimi is good and not expensive. The prices are mostly between 20-35 yuan, and the portions are moderate. 100 yuan is enough for two people.

(6) Donglaishun Hotpot: Yingxiongshan Road, south of Xinhua Hotel. The mutton is quite tender and served in a copper pot. The waiter said the charcoal can burn for 3 hours. It's best not to ask for fat beef and lamb, because they are local to Jinan. Mutton is 9 yuan per plate in Inner Mongolia. In addition, there are several special dishes that are also good. The Golden Dragon Smiling Shrimp is double-flavored; the Kirin Mandarin Fish is fresh and delicious; the deep-fried Double Scallop is fragrant and crispy, especially tender and melts in your mouth. The most distinctive dish is the eight-treasure stuffed pear cup. I have seen fruit cups made with oranges, melons, etc., but I have never seen one made with pears. It is filled with glutinous rice, walnut kernels, and raisins, and then steamed with honey. Therefore, it has the fragrance of eight-treasure rice and the sweetness of fruits. It is highly recommended.

(7) Zhaojun Hotel: In the west of Jinan, on Zhangzhuang Road, not far from the tea wholesale market (far away), south of the road, very conspicuous. Had buffet hot pot with my family on the weekend, highly recommend this place. It should be opened by the Mongolians. It has a national atmosphere and characteristics, including dance and song performances, as well as Hada offerings. The mutton tastes very good and is cut very thin. The louver and tripe are also good. The bottom of the pot is RMB 18, each person is RMB 10, and the toppings are RMB 3 for a bowl.

But you can’t bring your own drinks, so you may make money from the drinks. It's a bargain if you can eat it.

(8) Beiyuan Town Government’s hot pot: the hotpot mutton is very good and very affordable. Now we have moved to Foshanyuan Community. Very easy to find. South of the intersection of Chuanjiang Yutou Hotpot Shanda Road and Shanda South Road, west of the road. Very good price and relatively cheap. North of Xinlong Bayi Overpass. Charcoal hot pot. The meat here is average, but the lamb meatballs are good. Almost every time I go there it’s for the meatball soup. Find a small bowl to hold a few meatballs, ladle in the soup, sprinkle some salt and MSG, and add a few drops of sesame oil and a few slices of coriander. The taste is so fresh.

(9) Wujiang Qingshuiyu Hot Pot Restaurant: Qixiaoweiliu Road (200 meters south of Huitong Building).

Yungui flavor, salary consumption. It tastes really good. The four of us went there to pick out live fish and ordered two kilograms. Side dishes are free and there are many kinds of vegetables. Then we gathered around a hot pot and ordered beer. The total cost was only 60 yuan.

It is very unique, well decorated, and the sanitary conditions are very good.

(10) Huangcheng Mom Hotpot City: No. 17, Foshan Street. Take a bus to Ginza Mall, 300 meters south. There is a branch at Erqi South Station. There is also a restaurant next to Shandong University, on Honglu West Road, next to Fangtai's karaoke studio. Specialties: Lao Ma beef, Lao Ma tender chicken slices, Chengdu air-shipped yellow wax dices, homemade dog meat, etc.

(11) Jiuwan Hot Pot City: Next to the West School. Everyone is familiar with it~. No more to say.

(12) Yunting: I almost pulled Yunting down. But everyone knows it even if I don’t write about it. Scattered throughout Jinan. I think the one on Beiyuan Road is the best. But Yunting is indeed not as good as Little Sheep.

16. Seafood

(1) Jufulin: Highly recommended! There is one in the northeast corner of Bayi Overpass, and there is another one on Heping Road, but it is not as good as Jufulin in Bayi Overpass. . The seafood here is basically all alive and tastes good. Recommended are fresh jellyfish, Jiaodong Yipin Hotpot, squid rings, crock pot fish, etc. They are all delicious. There is also a kind of fried fish, I forgot the name, it is crispy and fragrant. Jufulin is definitely the cheapest place to eat seafood in Jinan. There is no private room fee, and there is no minimum purchase. A few friends went to sit down and have a great meal. It's cheap, affordable and fresh. It only cost 80 yuan for 7 of us.

(2) Duyiju: East of the Provincial Sports School on Wenhua East Road, north of the road. Mainly Qingdao seafood, the price is slightly lower than that of ordinary hotels, and the taste is relatively good. Not big, but famous. The biggest feature is that there are always nearly a hundred maza stacked in front of the store. The atmosphere becomes lively in the evening, with cars parked on the roadside and small tables set up on the roadside. Under normal circumstances, there are about a hundred diners, and the business is particularly booming.

(3) Small seafood: Jingqi Road is near Xiaowei 6th Road, opposite Chalu Street Community. It's quite good. It's recommended to try it, but make a reservation in advance because the business is so busy. Recommended - cold sea sausage, tongue fish, chive sea sausage.

(4) Fuyuan Seafood City: a little west of South Gate Road of Ginza Bayi Store. Mainly selling seafood, very fresh. The boss is from Jiaodong. A special mention is that its hot pot is also very good. The mutton and beef are very tender and the knife skills are very good. The taste is outstanding. The price is moderate and suitable for a small gathering with friends.

(5) Xiaozhongxin Jiaodong Restaurant: On Minsheng Street, west of the road, north of Tiesei Xiao, south of Hui Min Middle School. Mainly seafood. There are two recommendations. One is dry-cooked pomfret. This dish uses the traditional cooking techniques of Shandong cuisine and uses fresh pomfret as raw materials, which is particularly delicious. The other one is grilled squid. As for how good it is, you should try it yourself. Normally there will be no seats available during meals, so you can make a reservation in advance. The phone number is 2066850 or 2906666. There are about 10 single rooms upstairs.

(6) Jiaodong Family: Huangting Gymnasium, the dishes are quite authentic. The sauna clams are delicious.

(7) Family seafood Foshan Street. Jiaodong seafood. The keynote of the store is blue, and everything from the tables and chairs to the decorative paintings on the walls give people a refreshing feeling of blue sky and clear water. Special dishes include fish balls, shrimp paste ribs, Jiaodong sandwich, and braised prawns. The family's fish balls are made from three types of meat: mackerel, shark, and eel, which are hand-extruded and mixed into the ball skin. Made with milk soup. The taste is light and the meat is rich. 22 yuan for a small portion and 38 yuan for a large portion. Shimatian Seafood Industry North Road, the service is very good. The quality of the dishes is also good, and there is a free fruit plate after the meal.

(8) Xindi Seafood City: Qingnian East Road. Their squid rings are amazing. There is also the braised deep-sea butterfly fish head, which melts in your mouth and tastes really like abalone wings.

(9) Xiao Penglai: Intersection of Jing San and Wei San. A place to eat seafood. Good quality, low price, and many varieties. It’s always full, haha. You can give it a try.

17. Rice Noodles

(1) Fulilai: the most famous rice noodle shop in Jinan. Next to Yuquan Senxin. The prices are 40, 50, and 60 yuan per serving. In addition to rice noodles, there are also special lobster balls, baobao with dipping sauce, braised Changyu, etc. Highly recommended.

(2) Bridge Rice Noodles: Below the Zhongtai Building, at the east entrance of Dongguan Street, at Haiyan Gate. Just take the bus to Dongguan Street (one stop east of Old East Gate), and the stop sign is right in front of the restaurant. The decoration is mainly made of bamboo products, with ethnic minority characteristics. It feels like entering a bamboo village, and the waiters all wear ethnic costumes. The cross-bridge rice noodles are very authentic, and there are also Yunnan-style baked products. Rice noodles are available in 5, 8, and 20 yuan varieties. The 8-piece piece comes with a small egg, a small plate of tenderloin slices, and vegetables. The soup was delicious and it was the first time I ate from such a big bowl. Chongqing Honghuo Rice Noodles on Shanshi Road. Although it's a little small, it's still delicious. I've tried the sauerkraut shredded pork and tomato meatballs. The rice noodles are very chewy and taste good. The small bowl costs 3 yuan and the large bowl costs 4 yuan. In addition~, if you don’t mind the bad environment, I would recommend another one that is delicious and cheap. It used to be the authentic casserole rice noodles and cross-bridge rice noodles on Furong Street. Now it has been moved to the snack street west of Daguanyuan. It costs two yuan and a half for a bowl.

18. Noodles

(1) Chinese Ramen: Chaoshan Street. The price is about the same as Malan. Ask for a small bowl with meat, 8 yuan. The best thing is the soup. It is said that medicinal materials are added to it, which can be replenished. Fried rice only costs 3 yuan, and you can drink whatever you want with the soup. The best ramen restaurant for students. It is said that Stephen Chow even ate there once when he came to Quancheng.

(2) Malan Ramen: West of Grand View Garden. Cheap store, the price is 4 to 8 yuan, very delicious. I like beef noodles. There are also spicy noodles. The fried noodles are not very tasty. Too greasy. Still expensive.

(3) Fangjia Noodle House: Next to Xinzhuang Elevated No. 9 Middle School, it sells pork. Muslim friends should not go there. The elbow meat there is well cooked, the noodles are chewy and the soup is very fresh. There seems to be one near Wangguanzhuang.

(4) Fuwanju: west of Xinhua Bookstore on Quancheng Road. Old Beijing fried noodles. The waiter kept shouting. The waiter is very attentive, welcoming guests, seeing off guests, serving food and pouring tea. When I first heard it, I felt it was fresh, but after listening to it more, I found it a bit noisy. And I think fried noodles are really unpalatable.

(5) Liangliang Ramen: Jinan’s famous food. Introduced above.

19. Dumplings

(1) Northwest Dumpling City. The dumplings are so delicious that you can’t help but be satisfied.

(2) Feng’s Dumplings. No. 98 Luoyuan Street. There are also No. 36 Jiefang Road and the middle section of Wenhua West Road.

It is known as a century-old store. But it has a really long history... It's very famous in Jinan.

(3) Taoran Dumpling House. North Park Avenue. Just get off K92 Station North Street Station. The dumplings are delicious. There are also pot stickers and so on which are very good. The environment is just not very good. Rather confusing.

(4) About 50 meters west of the intersection of Longitude 2 and Latitude 5, there is a small shop on the north side of the road. Clean, inexpensive and tastes good. I forgot the name, the green door. Liquor is sold in tea bowls. My favorite dumplings are those with cloud bean filling. In addition to the delicious dumplings, there are also many exquisite platters. Sauced beef/cold tripe/small crispy fish/dried celery and tea/etc... In addition, there are homemade sausages/boned meat...

(5) Huanlian Dumpling City: next to the old school of Shandong University Up, east outer ring. Dumplings are affordable and delicious, especially the seasonings are amazing. But the disadvantage is that due to the booming business, the dumplings are served slowly.

(6) Others——Quandu Dumpling House. Near Huaiyin Square on Jingqi Road. Jinshuoguo Dumpling City. Shanda Road (near Shanda North Road). The dumplings stuffed with shrimp are especially delicious. Mixiangju. Shanshi East Road. In addition to dumplings, the dishes are also very special. Very cheap. The environment is also good. Star Dumpling City. Daguan Overpass to the west, next to ICBC. 20. Porridge

(1) Liangji Porridge Shop: There is one on Jingshi Road, opposite the Hero Mountain Chinese Snack City, where Liangliang Ramen is, on the north side of the road. There is another one on Jingsanwei 1st Road, diagonally opposite Dongfang Feiniu. There is also one next to Quancheng Square. There are so many porridges there that it definitely feels like you’re being dazzled to choose from. The portion is quite generous, but maybe it’s because the business is so busy that sometimes I feel like the porridge is not yet cooked. There is a restaurant on Luowen Road that serves clear porridge and side dishes. There is one in Kaiyuan Villa. There is one next to the Alexander Theater. The preserved egg and lean meat porridge is delicious and has a rich flavor. There are enough ingredients and the heat is sufficient. The only drawback is that there is too little porridge. The scented fish is super delicious, similar to boiled fish, spicy, spicy and authentic, and has a special fragrance. It is said that perfume fish is not doing well now. Not sure. Will try it another day.

(2) Good Porridge Road: No. 205 Huayuan Road. 80 meters east of the Forestry Building. The porridge here is expensive but not expensive. According to the principles of health preservation, the porridge recipe for the four seasons is carefully formulated. The porridge to be eaten in each season is clear at a glance. It seems that its porridge is mixed with Chinese medicine, so it tastes medicinal. I especially recommend the Tingzi porridge, I really like it. While eating porridge, you can also see a porridge show on a movable trolley.

(3) Ma Kee Porridge House: near Hero Mountain. The taste is unique, the seats are packed, and there are people waiting outside the door. The five of us ordered 4 dishes and 2 porridges, and the total was only 80. The bowl is larger than the pot.

(4) My father and my mother: Go south at the intersection of Sanda Road and Sanda South Road. Mainly porridge and steamed buns. There are many types of porridge, but the bowls are small and the price ranges from 3-5 yuan. The buns are all big, and the fillings are cut by hand, which makes them quite oily. It's okay to eat a steamed bun and a bowl of porridge for lunch, but it's not appropriate to eat vegetables there. The bowls and plates are all small and the prices are not low. Oatmeal and stubble porridge are delicious. The chicken fat pancakes are also good, don’t buy the duck fat ones, they are too greasy.

The pork ribs are delicious, not greasy and delicate, but the portion is too small. I like leek flower tofu.
