Materials
4 servings: half a carton of Nutritional Milk (125 ml, can be full-fat or low-fat), 2 eggs (medium), 2 Sunkist oranges (suitable for bowls because of their size and thick skin), sugar
Doing
1. Cut the oranges in half, and scoop out the orange pulp. You can eat the flesh of the orange, but remember to always leave a little pulp for milk pudding with oh.
2, if you have spare time, the orange bowl a little trim, can be used as a container.
3. Pour the schmaltz into one bowl.
4: Crack the egg into the bowl as well and whisk the egg mixture to fully incorporate it with the schmaltz.
5. Then add the sugar and stir well.
6: Sift the egg mixture from step (5) and pour it into the bowl of trimmed orange. The egg mixture must be sifted to steam out smoothly.
7: Tear the orange flesh into the smallest diced pieces and gently pour them into the orange bowl filled with the custard, mixing gently to combine.
8: Bring the steamer to a boil over medium heat, then place the orange bowl wrapped in plastic wrap into the steamer and steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
9, after steaming, cover the pot with a lid and simmer slightly for 5 minutes.
