I Prepare ingredients:
Pick fresh lemons, preferably lemons with a little tip and thicker skin;
Boil the water and let it cool down to 60~70 degrees;

Scrub the lemons with fine salt to feel the sensation of lemons and then cut them into thick and thin slices of lemons, take two or three slices to spare.
