1. Ingredients: 5g pork, 2g oyster sauce, 5g sesame seeds, 5g soy sauce and 3g sugar.
2. Wash and chop a pork tenderloin, put it in a cooking bowl, add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar, 3g of red yeast rice powder, a proper amount of cooking wine, black pepper and salt, and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Take a piece of oiled paper (twice the size of the baking tray), spread the marinated meat flat on the oiled paper, fold the excess oiled paper in half and cover it, and use a noodle-catching stick to smooth the meat evenly.
4. Remove the oil paper on one side, put the meat face up, put it in an oven preheated to 18 degrees, bake it for 1 minutes, and then take it out (some water will come out during this process, and the meat will become discolored and mature, and its volume will shrink slightly). Take out the baking tray and pour out the water inside. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of water to make honey water, and brush it evenly on both sides
5. After brushing honey water, sprinkle cooked white sesame seeds and bake in the oven for 1 minutes.
6. Take it out, let it cool, cut it into small pieces, and finish the pork jerky.
