The "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents (2016)" clearly stipulates that the recommended amount of food per day in late pregnancy is:
1. 200~250g of cereals, 50g of potatoes, and no whole grains and miscellaneous beans. Less than 1/5.
2. Vegetables 300~500g, of which green leafy vegetables and red and yellow colored vegetables account for more than 2/3, and fruits 200~400g.
3. The daily total amount of fish, poultry, eggs, and meat (including animal offal) is 200-250g; milk is 300-500g.
4. Beans 15g, nuts 10g.
5. 25g of cooking oil and no more than 6g of salt.
Eat 200 to 400 grams of fruits every day during the third trimester of pregnancy, such as apples, pears, bananas, peaches, watermelons, grapes, grapefruits, oranges, cherries, strawberries, dragon fruit, kiwis, etc. Try to choose fresh ones in season fruit. If your blood sugar is high, you can choose low-sugar fruits, such as dragon fruit, kiwi, guava, green apple, strawberry, bayberry, carambola, etc.
Precautions for pregnant women in late pregnancy to eat fruits:
Fruits can be eaten as a snack or snack around 10 a.m. or 2 to 3 p.m., and you can choose 2 to 3 servings a day. Plant fruits and eat them together, such as eating an apple in the morning and two bananas in the afternoon; or eating a handful of cherries in the morning and a dragon fruit in the afternoon.
It is best to choose different varieties of fruits to eat every day for a week, which will be more nutritious. Pregnant working mothers can go to the supermarket to buy fruits after get off work the day before and bring them to work the next day to eat.
