Ingredients: Chinese cabbage 150g, carrot 120g, 2 eggs, ham sausage 1 root, 3 cloves of garlic, chives 10g, 30ml of soy sauce, oyster sauce 1 spoon, and proper amount of edible oil.
1. Wash all kinds of ingredients, shred cabbage, carrot and ham sausage respectively, cut onion into chopped green onion and garlic into powder.
