Ingredients: hairtail 200g.
Accessories: 5g star anise, 5g onion, 2g ginger powder, 5g garlic, 5ml cooking wine, 3ml soy sauce, 4g salt, 3g sugar, 2g vinegar and 2g pepper.
Steps:
1. Wash hairtail, remove head and viscera, and cut into sections.
2, put cold water in the pot, the amount of water is slightly less than the fish pieces. Add chopped green onion, garlic slices, star anise, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, ginger powder, pepper powder and vinegar and mix well.
3. Put the chopped hairtail into the pot, cover the pot and simmer.
