Jinxiang lobster is the largest lobster in the world. 1934, a large lobster was caught off the coast of North America, with the total length (even chelated) 1.22 m and the weight 19 kg. A big lobster was also caught in the South China Sea, weighing 15 kg, with tentacles several feet long, eyes and eyestalks thicker than the thumb, and a body like a big dog. Lobster is the "giant" in the shrimp family. Even individuals of average size are 20 ~ 40 cm long and weigh more than 250 grams.
