Angus Snowflake Beef
Angus a4 beef (100g) no water, thaw naturally, strain blood with paper towel, marinate with salt and black pepper for 10 minutes, fry in a thick raw iron pan. Reduce the heat of the pan without oil, sear on high heat for 40 seconds on both sides, seal in the juices on all sides and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for about 5 minutes.
PS: Internal temperature of beef is 15-20 degrees for medium-rare (bake in the oven for about 1 minute), and 80 degrees for medium-rare (bake in the oven for about 6 minutes)
