Dice milk tofu for later use.

Roll the milk tofu in the egg white liquid, and then roll it in the starch. I was lazy, so I put the starch and milk tofu directly into the egg white liquid and stirred it.

Put a little oil in the pot. (I use olive oil, which has no smell of vegetable oil, but I can also use vegetable oil.) Fry the milk tofu pieces with egg white liquid and starch in the pot until golden brown, and then take them out.

Add water and sugar to the pot, the ratio of water to sugar is 1:3, put the milk tofu into the pot, and turn off the heat when each piece of milk tofu is rolled with sugar water.

Stir-fry until the temperature is lowered and the sand is produced.
