Clams, shrimp and tofu soup
Main ingredients
Clams 500g, 300g of tender tofu, 300g of shrimp
Accessories
5g of ginger, 3g of salt, 5g of black pepper
Practice
1. Pick fresh clams to raise in the ice water for a few hours (the water with a bit of salt), so that it is good to bar the stomach of the sand and mud spit out;
2. tender tofu cut small pieces;
3. shrimp appropriate amount;
4. ginger shredded
5. pot with water, the clams and tofu ginger are put into it, add salt to taste;
6. cook to the soup whitening when the shrimp put it in (10 minutes or so), and then cook for another 1 minute on it.
