Tools/materials: prawns, toothpicks, clear water, green onions, garlic, bowls, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, cooking wine, pots and cooking oil.
1. Cut off the shrimps of prawns, poke them into their backs with toothpicks, pick out the shrimp lines, and clean the treated prawns with clean water.
2. Wash the green onions, cut them into small pieces, and pat the garlic flat for later use.
3. Take a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, half a spoonful of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and mix well.
4. Pour oil into the pot, add chopped green onion and garlic and stir fry. Put the processed prawns into the pot and fry until the two sides of the prawns change color.
5. Pour in the prepared sauce, stir well, evenly wrap the shrimp in the sauce, and then burn for half a minute. Sprinkle the green part and serve.
