2. Peel and shred the onion for later use.
3. Soak the cleaned shredded potatoes in clear water, drain the water and put the shredded onions together, beat in the eggs and mix well, add salt and continue to mix well.
4. Pour in flour and mix well.
5. Pour in pepper and mix well.
6. Heat the oil in the pot, put in half of the good shredded potatoes and flatten them with a spoon. Bake them on low heat until they are golden on both sides. (reversible in the middle)
