1, first clean the surface of the pot, take a sponge, add a proper amount of detergent, scrub the pot body and bottom repeatedly, and then rinse it twice with flowing water.
2. After the pot body and bottom are cleaned, add a proper amount of water into the pot, put the pot on the gas stove, add 100 ml white vinegar, and bring it to a boil. After the water is boiled, put in a silicone shovel, stir, cook for 5 minutes, and turn off the heat. The purpose of this step is to sterilize the new pot.
3. Pour out all the water and take a clean rag to dry the water in the pot body and bottom.
4. Put the pot on the gas stove, turn it to medium heat, add proper amount of cooking oil, brush it evenly with a brush, and coat the pot body and the pot wall with a layer of oil. When the oil is hot, shake the pan, pour out the oil, turn the heat down and continue heating.
5. Take a large piece of fat, fork it with a fork, and be careful not to insert it, otherwise it will scratch the pot body, then constantly wipe the pot body and the pot wall with fat, and let lard soak in the pot for about 3 minutes. Turn off the fire after the fat turns yellow, take it out, leave the lard in the pot, let it stand for 3-5 hours, and the non-stick pot will open.
Matters needing attention in using new pot
For any stainless steel pot, do not use strong alkaline or oxidizing chemicals, such as soda, bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite, etc. Clean stainless steel pot to avoid corrosion of products. Don't heat it with too much fire (it will easily lead to discoloration of the product).
Stainless steel pot contains chromium and nickel, which can withstand high temperature below 400℃ and will not corrode in non-strong acid or non-strong alkali environment. However, if you are exposed to acid-base foods for a long time, chemical reactions will also occur, so it is not appropriate to hold salt, soy sauce and vegetable soup for a long time, and you can't fry them.
