The best way to eat spinach
Wash and slice pork liver, add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and starch and mix well.
Mix well the bowl juice: ginger and garlic slices, oyster sauce, soy sauce, starch and a little water.
Add a little salt and oil to the boiling water, blanch the spinach in the pot and take it out.
Put the pork liver in the pot, blanch it and take it out for later use.
Cool the oil in a hot pan, add the cooked pork liver slices and stir fry.
Pour in the prepared bowl juice and cook it. Add the blanched spinach and carrot slices and stir-fry evenly. Then take out the pan and plate.
