1, purple potatoes washed and peeled and cut into pieces, on the pot steamed and crushed into puree.
2, flour, sugar, baking powder mixed well with water, purple potato puree together into a dough.
3. Steamer basket is lined with a tarpaulin, press the dough into it, and let it rise in a warm, moist place until it doubles in size.
4: Soak raisins in water for 20 minutes, then embed them in the top of the dough and steam in cool water for about 30 minutes.
