Rice (depending on how many people eat it, it is probably less than usual 1/3, because there are many ingredients! )
1-2 eggs, 20g green beans, 20g corn, 40g ham (diced), a little chopped green onion, a little sliced mushrooms, shrimps, fresh squid (I didn't buy it, but used some sliced abalone), 2 strips of crab roe, 3 strips of cuttlefish rolls, proper amount of butter, 3 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of light milk and 60g of strong truck cheese.
● Practice
1. Boil seafood with water (in fact, 8 minutes is enough, because it needs to be cooked later); Mung beans and corn are also cooked with boiling water; Crush the cheese for later use.
2. Heat a tablespoon of oil, put down the egg paste and push it until it is half cooked. Add ham and stir fry, add rice and stir fry evenly. Finally, add corn and green beans. Season with a little salt and serve on a plate.
3. Heat the butter, gradually add the flour (be careful not to burn it), add 5/4 cup of water, then add the light milk and 2/3 pieces of cheese and cook it into cheese juice.
4. Heat a little oil, add onion and stir-fry until soft, add seafood and cheese sauce and cook for a while.
5. Pour the sauce on the rice noodle, then spread the remaining 1/3 pieces of cheese on it and bake in an oven at 190℃ for about 15 minutes. Watch it, don't burn it! )
PS: You should buy thick cheese. If not, add a little more. That's sweet!
