Nine belly fish 1 catty
Some salt
Some ginger
Some green onions
A few drops of cooking wine
Moderate amount of soy sauce
Moderate amount of oil

First you measure the rice to cook
Jiu maw fish to head and tail viscera (usually buy will help you get, so we just need to wash it) washed and salted for 10 minutes.

Open the rice cooker that is still cooking and put it in (open it probably when the water and rice are boiling)
