Home version of stewed mackerel
Ingredients: mackerel, onions, ginger, garlic, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, Liquor.
Steps:
Step 1. Remove the head, internal organs, clean the Spanish mackerel and cut it with a knife.
