Preparation materials: lotus fog, honey, nuts

The first step is to prepare the required materials, as shown in the following picture:

The second step is to cut a piece of the big head of the lotus fog from the lotus fog, as shown in the following picture:

The third step is to dig out the core of the lotus fog, as shown in the following picture:

The fourth step is to put the nuts inside the lotus fog, and pour the honey on top of the nuts, and then eat it. As shown in the picture below:
