Ingredients
300 grams of sago, 4 Liang of sugar (about 160 grams), 3/2 cups of cold boiled water, 2 mangoes, and appropriate amount of fresh mixed fruits.
method of work
1, sago is washed, soaked in clear water for about 2 hours, picked up with a small sieve, dried, boiled in boiling water until it floats transparent, scooped up frozen water, and dried for use.

remarks
Sago needs to be soaked in frozen water in advance, and can only be added after the water boils, and cooked with slow fire.
