I once heard a colleague say that there is a relatively large ice cream factory in his hometown, and the ice cream produced is still very famous. Every time a new product comes out, it will be sent to a testing institution for testing. However, he also mentioned that he heard that in order to reduce costs, some product factories would change some contents and adjust the ratio of cream to flour. People in their own factories never eat such ice cream, and if they want to eat it, they will make it better.
It can only be said that the quality control of food is really difficult. We can't always do testing for everyone. At most, we just do sampling inspection for a certain batch. Therefore, it is normal for unqualified products to enter the market.
