working methods
1. Auricularia auricula and Lentinus edodes are soaked in advance and cut into pieces.
2. Chicken legs and chicken wings are also cut into sections, boiled (add two pieces of ginger to the water), and then removed and washed.
3. Put the oil in the pan, add the minced onion and ginger and stir-fry until it turns slightly discolored. Add Auricularia, Lentinus Edodes, cooking wine and soy sauce.
