1. Cut the beef into large slices.
2. Add all the auxiliary ingredients.
3. Stir well and marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Chop green onion and ginger and set aside.
5. Blanch sliced carrots.
6. Put oil in a pot. Burn hot.
7. Drop in the marinated beef slices. Slide to disperse.
8. When the beef slices change color, add chopped green onion and ginger and continue to stir-fry.
9. Add carrot slices and stir-fry for a few minutes.
10. Before leaving the pan, drizzle with sesame oil.
