Propagation method
Harvest the fruits from September to October. When the peel is slightly soft, take out the seeds and mix them with plant ash to wipe off the pulp and dry them. Hide it for the winter; you can also hang it in a ventilated place with fruit stems.
Cold bed seedling cultivation is carried out in early spring. Insert the tip of the seed into the soil, spray water frequently to keep the seedbed moist. When the seeds germinate, start aeration, and control the bed temperature at about 22°C. They will be unearthed in about 10 days. When the true leaves are seen extending out, they can be potted or divided and cultivated.
Live broadcast will be carried out in April. Choose a land with fertile soil and good drainage. Open holes and apply enough base fertilizer. The distance between holes is 30x40 cm. After covering with soil, sow seeds, then cover with 2 cm thick mud, and unearth it in about half a month. When there are 2 true leaves, leave one seedling in each hole. When the vines grow to 50 cm, insert the guide rod.
