Mixed Soup Noodles
Materials:- Noodles: appropriate amount- Sliced meat/shrimp/eggs, etc.: appropriate amount- Vegetables: cabbage, bean sprouts, cucumber, etc. optional- Noodle broth: chicken broth or bone broth- Seasoning: ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, pepper, sesame oil, etc. Directions:1. Prepare all the ingredients, clean the vegetables, and cut the meat into thin slices. 2. Boil the noodles, and then drain. 3. Heat the oil in a hot pot and add ginger and garlic to stir. 4. Add ginger and garlic and sauté. 4. Add vegetables and meat and stir fry, season with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and pepper. 5.
