2. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms.
3. Wash and cut into small dices.
4. Wash and chop green onion, ginger and garlic separately, set aside.
5. Beef washed and chopped.
6. Add green onion and garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce.
7. Scratch well, marinate for 30 minutes.
8. Heat the pan, pour oil.
9. When the oil is hot, add the ginger and sauté.
10. Pour in the beef and stir-fry until the beef is browned.
11. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry well.
12. Add bean paste and black bean sauce and stir fry.
13. Pour in appropriate amount of water.
14. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.
15. Soup thickens, remove from heat.
16. Out of the pot.
