French Honey Crispy Grilled Chicken

Ingredients: One three-yellow chicken, one apple, honey, cooking wine, Orleans roast, black pepper, and ginger slices.

Method:

1. Wash the three-yellow chicken and poke holes in the chicken body with toothpicks for easy flavoring. Add 2 tablespoons of Orleans roasting mixture, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and one tablespoon of black pepper, and knead with your hands for 10 minutes to create a perfect flavor.

2. Put it into a sealed bag, add a few slices of ginger, and refrigerate overnight.

3. Take out the three-yellow chicken after refrigeration, wipe the skin clean, stuff the chicken belly with apples, find a clean rope, and tie the chicken body.

4. Place in the oven and adjust the temperature to 200 degrees for 2 hours. Make a bowl of honey sauce: 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and a little butter.
