Practice steps:
Step 1: Prepare ingredients: homemade sausage, fresh garlic moss and minced onion and ginger.
Step 2: cut garlic moss into sections and slice sausage.
The third step is to boil the oil.
Step 4: Stir-fry Jiang Mo with leeks.
Step 5, add garlic moss and stir fry.
Step 6, add sausage and stir fry.
Step seven, add salt.
Step 8, add soy sauce.
Step 9, add the right amount of water (because my homemade sausage is raw, I have to add water and stew it for a few minutes).
Step 10, simmer for a few minutes and turn off the fire.
