Before the opening ceremony, Yao Zesheng called the shareholders to discuss the opening ceremony in Fengzeyuan, an ancient garden building in Zhongnanhai. At the same time, the "Ze" of Fengzeyuan is the same as the "Ze" of Yao Zesheng, the major shareholder, and it also contains the meaning that Yao Zesheng is the major shareholder, which bodes well for wealth. This name was not allowed to be used when there was an emperor in the past, and it is not certain in the future. Anyway, it can be used now. " After listening, everyone agreed to borrow the good name of "Fengzeyuan" as the restaurant name, and asked Li Qi to write a plaque. 1930 Mid-Autumn Festival in August of the lunar calendar, Fengzeyuan Restaurant officially opened.

It became a good place for dignitaries, social dignitaries and celebrities in Beijing. Therefore, business is very prosperous. By the end of 1930s, Fengze Garden had developed into the largest and most famous restaurant in Beijing. Due to the booming business, Fengzeyuan has opened semicolons in Yantai, Tianjin, Shanghai, Nanjing and Kaifeng. The Shandong fellow villager of Luan Xuetang, the founder of Fengze Garden, also opened restaurants in Hong Kong, Paris and other places in the name of "Fengze", some called Fengze Building, and some called Fengze Garden. For a time, the fame of Fengze Garden was not only famous in Beijing, but also overseas.
