materials:
2g of fresh ginger, 2g of beef tenderloin, and appropriate amount of red wine, salt and water starch.
Practice:
1. Cut ginger and beef into shreds, and marinate the shredded beef with water starch, red wine and salt for 1 minutes.
2. put proper amount of peanut oil into a hot pot, heat it to 7% or 8%, add shredded beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the meat changes color, then take it out of the pot and put it on a plate for later use.
