Practice steps:
1 rabbit meat cut into pieces.
2 potato cutting hob block.
3 onion, ginger and garlic are cut and set aside.
4 potato pieces are fried in the oil pan and served out.
5 Saute shallots, ginger and garlic in oil pan, stir-fry rabbit meat until it changes color,
6 Add water and salt and stew for 20 minutes.
7 Add fried potatoes and stew 15 minutes.
