Sam sun wonton
Pork, shrimp skin, laver, wonton skin, eggs
Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, sugar.
White pepper, salt, ginger, onion and coriander.
Wash the meat and cut into pieces;
Put it into a cooking machine and beat it into meat foam;
Add a proper amount of ginger paste, add an egg, two tablespoons of soy sauce, one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of sesame oil and one spoonful of oyster sauce;
Half a spoonful of white pepper and half a spoonful of salt and sugar, continue to stir evenly;
Add onion and stir in the same direction, and the meat stuffing is finished. Next, start making wonton.
Method 1: put the meat stuffing in the middle of wonton skin;
Merge the four corners and pinch the middle.
Method 2: stir up a small piece of meat stuffing with chopsticks and put it in a corner of wonton skin;
Fold and roll into the middle of wonton skin;
Take out the chopsticks, fold the other two sides, and just hold them.
Method 3: put the meat stuffing in the middle of wonton skin;
Fold in half, then fold in half;
Pinch the two ends together and you learn the third wrapping method.
Now you can start making wonton. Boil the water in the pot, add wonton and cook for about 5 minutes.
At this time, prepare the soup base, add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce and sesame oil to the bowl and mix well;
