How to make delicious fried rice cakes?
Slice pork, cut vegetables, cut garlic and wash rice cakes. My rice cake was bought in the market and cut directly.
Put water in the pot, boil the rice cake and take it out.
Take out the rice cake and dry it for later use.
Put the oil in the pot. The oil is hot, stir-fry the shredded pork a few times first. When the shredded pork turns from white to red, add vegetables immediately. When the dish is almost cooked, put a spoonful of cooking wine and stir-fry it a few times.
Add the rice cake and garlic at the same time (garlic is put in this step because it is not easy to burn). Add soy sauce. Here, I recommend delicious soy sauce. Stir-fry a few times. The rice cakes here may stick together and need to be stir-fried more.
The key comes, with a spoonful of Laoganma Douchi sauce, the color of the rice cake immediately becomes attractive, and then continue to stir fry.
Continue to stir fry until the pan is almost ready.
