2. Replace the washed squid with a cross knife and cut it for later use.
3. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, add onion and ginger to boil. After the water is boiled, pour the squid with the changed knife into the pot and blanch it.
4. Take out the cooked squid and put it in the basin. Add ginger slices, appropriate amount of oyster sauce and salt, stir well and marinate for about 30 minutes.
