Yangmei can be stored in the refrigerator, which is the best destination for Yangmei. It is suggested that fresh bayberry should be stored in the refrigerator at 0-0.5℃ and relative humidity of 85%-90%.
2, packaging and storing at room temperature
Put a small amount of bayberry in a small basket and put it in a ventilated place, which can generally keep fresh for 1-3 days. Myrica rubra has the shortest storage time at room temperature. If you take it out and eat it with obvious sour taste, it may have deteriorated and should not be eaten again.
3. Frozen bayberry in the refrigerator
After cleaning the fresh bayberry, rinse it with a little salt water to remove the sour taste, then soak it in sugar water for a period of time, put it in a bag, seal it and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator to freeze the bayberry into ice.
4, preservative preservation
A more professional method of keeping bayberry fresh is to precool bayberry, keep it fresh with preservative, bag it, squeeze the air out of the bag as much as possible, seal it, put it in a basket, and add an appropriate amount of ice packs or ice cubes to keep it fresh.
5. Make bayberry wine.
Myrica rubra has a short shelf life and is made into Myrica rubra wine.
6. Be a dried bayberry.
If you don't need fresh-keeping fruit, you can also make dried bayberry fresh-keeping.
Practice: put sugar and salt in a container, put Yangmei in the container and shake it constantly, so that each Yangmei is stuck with as much salt and sugar as possible, and then put Yangmei in a bag, bury it in the soil, or just seal it directly. After 20 days, take out the bayberry and dry it.

Soak fresh bayberry in salt water 1 to 2 hours to remove the sour taste inside, and then add some sugar to hot water. You can order other spices at home if you like. 8. Make bayberry jam.

Rinse the unprocessed waxberry with clear water first, then soak it in light salt water for 15 minutes, and then rinse it. 2 kg of red bayberry, cut off the pulp and marinate with sugar for half an hour. 9. Make sour plum soup
It is also a good choice to make sour yangtang with unprocessed bayberry, which can achieve the effect of not wasting and preserving bayberry. Exercise:
Prepare ten pieces of ebony, some bayberry, red dates and medlar. I soaked ebony in water, but later I found that I could do without it. Chop ebony, cut jujube with scissors, wash Lycium barbarum and Myrica rubra and put them in the pot. Yangmei is very ripe. Press it gently with a spoon later.
