At the invitation of the International Medical Association, this film tells the story of Huang Feihong's trip to Guangzhou with Liang Kuan and his 13th aunt, and a dispute with Bailian Sect on the way. Yuan Shu, the minister of the Qing Dynasty, incited the White Lotus Sect to attack the British consulate in order to deal with the revolutionary righteous. Huang Feihong fought against Yuan Shu in order to preserve the lifeline of national luck and helped Sun Wen and others escape.

This episode of Huang Feihong continues the wonderful martial arts design of the previous episode. With the increase of the plot of western civilization, there are more scenes of gunfire and fire in this episode, but the action scene is not as good as the super-classic scene of the barn decisive battle in the first episode. However, the final battle scene of "bundling cloth into sticks" is still beyond the average level. Huang Feihong's wonderful martial arts action of storming the White Lotus Sect and dueling Nalan Yuanshu can make people see the blood boiling.
