How to make scrambled eggs with green pepper and garlic sprouts
1. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into sections.
2. Remove seeds from green pepper, wash and cut into sections.
3. Put the eggs into a bowl and beat into egg liquid.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add egg liquid and stir-fry until cooked. Set aside.
5. Leave the oil in the pot, add chili pepper and garlic sprouts and stir-fry until fragrant.
6. Add eggs, add salt, green onions and ginger and stir-fry over high heat for 10 seconds and serve.
7. Serve on a plate.
