Sour soup sparerib bamboo shoots
Ingredients: tomatoes, bamboo shoots, onions, spareribs, ginger and salt.
1. Boil water, put peeled and cut bamboo shoots in water for two minutes, take them out and drain them for later use, continue to boil the water in the pot, then put the ribs in the pot for one minute, remove the blood powder, take them out and wash them;

Ingredients: yellow croaker, garlic sprout, onion, coriander, ginger and garlic, bean paste, oil, salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, sour soup and red pepper.

Ingredients: Sanhuang chicken, tomato sour soup, tofu, mushrooms, fermented rice soup, salt, pepper, litsea oil, soy sauce and vegetable oil.
1. Wash and chop Sanhuang chicken, blanch in cold water to remove impurities, and fish out for later use;
2. Stir-fry the hot oil, remove the tomatoes from the sour soup and put them into the oil pan, stir-fry until the red oil is produced;
3. Pour in sour soup, add tofu and mushrooms, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and bring to a boil;
4. Pour in the fermented rice soup, roll the soup head, add the chicken pieces, cover the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked;
5. Finally, add 1 tbsp litsea cubeba oil, turn off the heat and take out the pot.

Raw materials: trotters, tomatoes, salt, chicken powder, pickled wild pepper, pickled red pepper, ginger, garlic cloves, pepper, dried pepper, spices, white pepper noodles, white vinegar, cooking wine and oil.
