How does mullet taste good?
Ingredients:
200 grams of mullet, 25 grams of coriander, onion 1 0g, ginger 1 0g, monosodium glutamate 1 spoon, white pepper 1 spoon, refined salt1spoon, proper amount of Shaoxing wine and sesame oil1spoon.
The practice of mullet:
1, chopped green onion, shredded ginger, washed coriander and cut into long sections;
2. Cutter cutterhead, cut into pieces and soak in clear water;
3. Add a proper amount of water to the bowl, then add refined salt, monosodium glutamate, white pepper and Shaoxing wine and mix well to make a flavor juice;

Tips:
The mullet can't be scalded for too long. Generally, it should be fished out until it is slightly curled, otherwise the taste will get old.
