The full text: The white heron flies in front of Xisai Mountain, and the fish in peach blossom water are fat. Green Ruo hats, green蓑衣, the wind and rain do not have to return. Translation: In front of Xisai Mountain, egrets are flying freely, peach blossoms are blooming on the river bank, spring water is rising, and Mandarin fish are fat in the water. The fisherman was wearing a green colored Ruo hat and a green straw raincoat, braving the wind and rain, fishing happily and not needing to go home.
