At present, the oldest are two ginkgo trees at the back door of Daimiao, with roots like rocks and branches like panlong, which are more than 30 meters high and extremely majestic, giving people a strong sense of vitality. Its fruit can also be used as medicine, and it is a precious tree species.
2. Taishan chestnut
Taishan chestnut is mostly produced in Taishan Mountain and Culai Mountain. Its fruit size is uniform, the shell is thin, the underwear skin is easy to peel, the color is bright, the meat is delicate, the water content is low, it is sweet and delicious, and the flavor is unique. It can be eaten raw or cooked, so it is called "hardcore crop" with an annual output of more than 5 million Jin.
3. Cucumber wrapped in sauce
Taishan tooth jujube, wax gourd and eggplant are called "Tai 'an three treasures". ? Tai' an sauce-wrapped melon was created in Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty. Because of its high quality and delicious taste, it is regarded as a "tribute". Fresh and tender winter melon produced in Dabaiyu village near Taishan Mountain is used as the shell, and lettuce, cucumber, peanut kernel, walnut kernel, melon seed kernel, almond, lotus root, asparagus, crystal sugar, dried persimmon and shredded green pork are cut into sections, mixed according to a proper proportion, and then pickled with sweet sauce.
4. Three beauties of Mount Tai-cabbage, tofu and water
One of the three beauties of Mount Tai is cabbage. Slender, with the top rolled outwards, this dish is thin and gluten-free, easy to fry and rot, with less moisture, strong fragrance, milky white soup color, delicate and smooth entrance, and can be used to cook all kinds of cooked dishes. It's the main course of Taian people. The second is tofu. 5. Ningyang Jujube

The main varieties are round, long red and sour bell, mainly round bell. Ningyang jujube is large and thin, with rich meat and unique flavor.
