Clean the keel and marinate it with salt for about 10 minutes (or other big bones are ok, never use broken bones such as skulls).
After the water in the pot is boiled, throw it into the keel and remove the impurities after boiling. Then pour in yam and cook for 20 minutes.
After the keel of Hu Aishan Mounta3min is boiled into white thick soup for 3 minutes, pour in clean/fat oysters, add fish sauce, cook for 3-5 minutes, then turn off the fire and let the young oysters stew for 3 minutes.

2. It is not recommended to add onions, which will lead to too complicated taste and less umami.
I'm not afraid of the smell, so I didn't add ginger or cooking wine. Students who are afraid of fishy smell can try to marinate the washed oysters with ginger slices/cooking wine, or add pepper when the oysters are in the pot (but the taste is not guaranteed because I haven't tried it? )
