2. First clean the bought radish, remove the whiskers, and then cut the radish into finger-wide strips for later use.
3. Put hot water in the pot, blanch the cut radish strips, then take them out, drain them and dry them. About 70% will be fine.

Then dry-clean the radish with cold boiled water, put all the seasonings listed above in, stir hard for a while, and knead it like a live noodle after watching the seasonings evenly, so as to let the seasonings enter the dried radish as much as possible. If it doesn't work once, you can take a break and try again.
5. Then, put the prepared dried radish in a clean jar and tie your mouth tightly with a bag. It will take about four or five days.
