This question sounds strange, but do you think those who go to the hospital are very idle? Of course not! What is the purpose of fitness? Is it for beauty and body? Definitely, but isn’t the most important thing for your health?
Let me tell you how I go to the gym. There is a yoga club in our office building. I gritted my teeth and spent more than a month’s salary to get an annual card. I went there every day during my lunch break without eating. Run, run for 40 minutes, take a quick shower and return to work, take a short rest, stop for more than half an hour, then secretly take out the meal you brought, heat it in the microwave, and eat quietly behind the leader’s back. Then start an afternoon of intense work.
If you don’t work overtime in the evening, go downstairs as soon as you get off work, run for about 20 minutes, and then wait for the yoga class. The yoga class has been completed for about 50 minutes. After finishing, take a shower. At about 8 o'clock, I walked home for 30 minutes after finishing. The day's exercise was considered over. I have been keeping this rhythm for about 3 months. I obviously feel that my body is lighter. I have not lost a lot of pounds. I live my life every day. That’s right. It’s very fulfilling.
Later, because the gym was closed and I no longer had this convenience, I bought an elliptical machine at home and ran for 40 minutes after get off work in the evening to maintain a basic amount of exercise.
Having talked about fitness, let’s talk about whether I was very free. It was true that there was no family burden at that time. I didn’t need to take care of anything at home, but the work unit was super busy and very intense. So-called Intensity includes both mental and physical work. Internet workers, everyone should know that they think about how to acquire new users every day, how to coax old users, how to plan activities, how to execute activities, and how to produce good content. In short, it is very complicated.
The top is responsible to the boss, and the bottom is responsible to the subordinates. They are caught in the middle, solving problems for the leaders, taking the blame for the subordinates, and there are endless things that happen. From time to time, a batch of things comes in from the work unit, and we in the office have to work as porters. It doesn't matter. We only have more than 70 boxes of glass water, more than 200 bags of Qiuling gas drinks, and display racks and panels. It is worth mentioning that 4/5 of our little girls Kaka just moved. But this didn’t stop me from going to the gym.
So people who work out are really not idle, so why do they go to the gym? Because I feel that if I don’t improve my physique, I may die suddenly at any time. Before the exercise, my state was that I would work overtime every day until the bus closed at 8/9 o’clock. This was normal. Then, I would come back for a short break from time to time. I stayed up all night and worked overtime at home until about 1 a.m. every day. I was thinking about work every day. I got angry from time to time, and because of my allergies, I got little bumps from time to time. I have a body in my 20s and a state in my 40s. In order to improve this situation, I started working out. Even though I am as busy as a spinning top every day, my physical condition is getting better day by day, and I am still very happy.
So, in summary, people who exercise are not idle, they just want to make themselves better.
