Scrambled eggs with crabmeat
Ingredients: crabmeat + eggs
Sauce: two tablespoons of soy sauce + a spoonful of vinegar + a spoonful of oyster sauce + a spoonful of chili powder + salt and sugar + half a spoonful of cornstarch + half a bowl of water, stirred well and spare
Practice:
